We work hard at Little Badgers Early Learning Programs to create a fulling environment and program for our children and families as well as our staff!
BC Child Care Award of Excellence for Inclusive Practices.
In may 2023 we were ecstatic to received the BC Child Care award of excellence for inclusive practices. We have worked hard alongside the Ktunaxa Kinbasket Child & Family Services Society and the East Kootenay Inclusive Child Care Support Program to ensure our programming is accessible to children of all abilities and backgrounds.
CVCC Business Excellence Award for Outstanding Workplace
Our team received the award for Outstanding Workplace in the fall of 2022. We have worked hard alongside the EJLCS board and our staff to ensure that we are hiring and retaining qualified educators. We offer a great pension and benefit package, 4 day work weeks, paid sick days and professional development to our staff.
CBEENS Award of Environmental Education Excellence in the Early Years
Our Lead Teacher, Evy, was recognized for her hard work and received one of CBEENS Awards of Excellence for her efforts in educating students and the public on environmental stewardship and sustainability!
