The Learning Garden

In 2021, we received a grant from Aboriginal Head Start that allowed us to build a community garden.

It is beautiful, and hopefully the site of many future events.  The badger children tended the garden every day and In 2022 we harvested onions, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, peppers, peas, pumpkins and a watermelon! 

The garden is bursting with strawberries, tomato, onions, garlic, potatoes and squash this year.  The children have been tending the garden and are excited with each new discovery.
